  Panda Rooftop is a very pleasant place for dinner in Yerevan, combining good food, attentive service and a beautiful view over the city. The venue is relatively small, but it feels warm, intimate and comfortable. Later in the evening, a DJ began playing, adding energy and atmosphere without making the space feel too loud. The bar also offers a good selection of attractive, well-presented drinks. The marbled veal tartare with black caviar was one of the better dishes of the evening. The meat was fresh, tender and well seasoned. The caviar looked impressive, although its flavour was very subtle and did not add much to the dish. The main weakness was the chips served alongside it. They were too oily, and their strong fried taste overwhelmed the delicate tartare. Toasted brioche, thin neutral crackers or another lighter accompaniment would work much better. The sashimi selection was fresh and well presented. The salmon, tuna, shrimp and scallops had clean flavours and pleasant textures. Seaweed salad, lime and edible flowers made the plate visually attractive without overcomplicating it. The sushi roll was tasty and satisfying, combining soft rice with a rich topping, sweet glaze, sesame and spring onion. It leaned toward a sweeter, modern interpretation rather than a more restrained traditional Japanese style, but the flavours worked well together. The glazed chicken was juicy and tender, with a pleasant sweet and savoury sauce. The vegetables, sesame and lime added some freshness and contrast. The crispy shrimp also had a good golden crust and a tender centre, although neither dish delivered a particularly surprising or memorable flavour. Dessert was probably the most enjoyable surprise. The small Japanese-style pancakes were soft, light and filled with a delicate cream. Most importantly, they were not overly sweet. The balance was exactly right and made them a very pleasant finish to the meal. Service was fast and attentive. The waiter approached the table regularly, responded quickly and kept everything moving at a comfortable pace. Overall, the food at Panda Rooftop was consistently tasty, fresh and nicely presented, although it never quite reached the “wow” level. The strongest reasons to visit are the complete experience: the rooftop view, warm atmosphere, music, good bar and efficient service. A very enjoyable evening, with some room for greater refinement and more distinctive flavours. 4.5/5.

  This place is nice and private compared to their other locations. If you are hungry they can bring you very good food from the Como restaurant downstairs. The hookah is very good here. The overall atmosphere is enjoyable. The place is best suited for summer time, when the patio doors are open, it tends to get a little too smokey in the winter with the doors closed

  I had a great experience at Panda Rooftop. I went there with my girls to celebrate womens day and we had an amazing time. Everything was on a very high level — the atmosphere, the service, and the overall vibe of the place. The staff was very friendly, attentive, and professional, which made our evening even more enjoyable. The atmosphere is beautiful and perfect for spending a nice evening with friends. Definitely a place I would recommend and would love to visit again.
