Every place on Hookah Yerevan has a score from 1 to 5. It is simply the average of all approved guest reviews, rounded to one decimal place.
Each new review is checked by a moderator before it counts. We remove spam, ads and reviews with insults, but we don't remove a review just because it is negative. Places cannot pay to change their score or hide reviews.
In rankings such as the Top 10, places are sorted by score. When two places have the same score, the one with more reviews comes first, because its score is based on more opinions.
