We stayed across the street from this lounge and basically ended up there every night for almost two weeks. Everyone took very good care of us, but I want to give a special shout out to the hookah boss Sergei - his experience and exceptional customer service skills truly made those nights memorable. We look forward to coming back soon!

Terrible service. Horrible atmosphere. Never going there again cause apparently they think toxic masculinity and guys who are trying to hit girls up is okay. The manager and the staff did absolutely nothing to stop or prevent it. I’d put 0 stars if i had the chance. This place needs to be shut down.

We recently moved to Yerevan and became regulars at this establishment (twice a day). We booked a table for 9:30 PM, arrived, and were told, "Your table is taken, there are people there." The manager's service is terrible. I own the restaurant, and the hostess is just as bad. The manager was unwilling to solve the problem and apparently doesn't know how. I conclude that he's in the wrong position. Overall, if a restaurant's management throws away regular customers with high bills, the establishment won't last long.
